Arc Agency, Inc. began operations in January, 2005. Although we are a brand new company, the experience of our owner/operator make us an extremely reputable firm to deal with, whether you are a tenant renting a unit or an owner with an investment property to be managed. We have over 11 years combined experience in the property management industry.

Terrie is the Broker-In-Charge of the corporation and will act as the Primary Property Manager. Terrie Willis received her NC Real Estate Broker’s License in July, 1997. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Terrie has been a member in good standing with agencies including the Asheville Board of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors since her licensing went into effect in 1997. Terrie has worked in the Property Management profession for the past 11 years and when her employer sold out, she decided it was time to open her own business and chase the American dream. Terrie Willis will be the primary property manager on staff at all times. She will be listed as the Broker-In-Charge with the NC Real Estate Commission.

In August, 2004, Terrie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.85 GPA from the American Intercontinental University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Management. This was a life-long dream of hers as she was the only child out of 5 in her family to graduate high school and attend college.

The five year goal for Arc Agency, Inc is to become one of the top Property Management Firms in the Asheville area. We will strive to increase our services provided by adding the following services within a 5 year time frame:

• Full-Time Maintenance (to replace on-call)
• 5 Employees
• Full-Time Landscaping crew
